Cobblestone Suites - Oshkosh, Oshkosh

Our stay had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, which we enjoyed, but the check-in experience was frustrating, and the carpet in the room could use some attention. The breakfast had a good variety, although some areas could be cleaner. Overall, it was a decent place to stay with a great location next to an outlet mall.

Overall, my stay at Hawthorn Suites was quite mixed. The staff members, especially Shaun at the front desk and Ashley, the bartender, were amazing and made the experience better. However, the room I was in was in dire need of maintenance, with cleanliness issues that were hard to overlook. The breakfast offered a decent variety, but the atmosphere during breakfast could use some improvement due to the staff's attitude.
